Event Package – (includes Clubrooms/ Clubroom cleaning fee/use of all arenas/raking of arenas just prior to event/show jumping trailers and dressage cones - excludes Event Facility Fees………. $360.00 for the first day of the event and $260.00 for each day after (Facility Fees are payable in addition)
Show Jumping Clinic – includes 1 SJ trailer and arena [raking included] (Facility Fees not applicable and are included in the pricing)………. $180.00 for the first day / $100.00 for the second day / $60.00 for each day thereafter
Clubroom / Kitchen hire only (includes cleaning fee)………. $260.00 per day
Dressage Letters (cones) [there will be a $50.00 restocking fee if these are not put back in order]………. $50.00
Dressage Arena hire – Clinic (per horse/per day)………. $10.00
Portable Dressage Arenas (cannot be removed from the grounds)………. $150.00 per arena
Arena Grooming/Raking………. $25.00 per arena
Obstacles / 3PE Equipment (gate fixed/rope, bridges, barrells, poles/cones various sizes, etc.)………. $POA
Show Jumping Judges Box………. $50.00
To hire the facilities at Elcho Park, please download and complete the FOEP Facilities Hire Agreement [download here] and return it to Lynn at bookings.foep@gmail.com, together with any additional documentation or insurance requirements. Your booking will be confirmed once all required documentation has been received and approved.
